Europe

Having to be able to experience living Germany and the United states, has taught me a lot about the differences about each country. I believe the system in Europe is very good. The reason why I believe that is because over there teenagers grow up at an early age, for example people can start drinking at the age of 18, which makes them Adults of course. And to me this is a good thing because lets say if your son or daughter becomes 18 years of age in Europe, he or she will be going out drinking with their friends. Now let's say 3 years pass by and the person is now 21, that person will already have the mentality of knowing that drinking is not good for the body, which will give the person an earlier time in their life's to stop drinking. This way people will have a better chance to stay healthier and not harm their body's constantly with drinking. Yet in the United States Of America, people are allowed to buy alcohol barely at the age of 21, which is three years later then in Europe. So once a person turns 21 he or she can finally buy alcohol which is pretty late if you ask me because that persons mind set is literally thinking finally I'm legal to drink so that person would start going out more and more then he or she did before, this way they will harm their body constantly through the years without realizing it, and once they get older it is not late because its never to late, but they obviously would have wasted more time in their life's to keep their body healthy then the people living in Europe, which therefore results in a shorter life time.

  1. Anakin~ I am sure that you have all sorts of interesting things to share about your experiences in Germany! Keep in mind that each blog should be 500+ words (so you are currently missing about 40% of your entry).

  3. Anakin i really agree with you on your topic. Hey maybe adults who are 18 years of age will actually start realizing quicker that alcohol can be bad. How was it living there? Seems intresting
